Are these these the 'beginning of sorrows'?
If you have never heard of that phrase before then you must have missed that Sunday School session. Not that I ever went, I am neither Christian nor subscibe to Catholicism or any of those clubs. But, it is one of those phrases often referred too from the New Testament (Book of Matthew) that is often related to the current period of time.
Pestilence, famine, earthquakes...its all there...and whatever you may think, it is interesting to take a look at this particular book (as a book of course - lets not get carried away here!)
So are these times the beginnings of sorrows? Its an interesting thesis. Later I will add more to what I personally think...for now, Google the phrase, check your Gideon's copy or just have a think and let me know what you think.
